Thyroid Cancer is the second most common malignancy in women. I will use medical Ultrasound to evaluate the Thyroid gland and the Cervical Lymph Nodes for any abnormalities. A thyroid ultrasound can be performed after Thyroid surgery for follow-up and to detect other benign Thyroid pathologies.

In case of suspicious findings, Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy (FNA) of a thyroid lesion or cervical lymph node is performed under ultrasound guidance. This is a quick and safe procedure, always completed in a secure environment and performed by experts.

In case of Thyroid Cancer & suspicious Lymph Node metastasis, an ultrasound examination of the neck is done to note the suspicious lymph nodes, as it helps perform correct excision during surgery.
